Callazin provides the following services to small businesses across the US:

- Answer engine optimization (AEO) for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
Specific deliverables, timelines, and ongoing care plan terms are defined in the individual service agreement signed between Callazin and each client.
Use of Our Services
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Account responsibility. If you create an account or are granted access credentials, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login details secure.
Acceptable use. You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or client accounts
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data from our website using automated tools
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any of our work
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
Right to refuse service. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone, for any reason, at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callazin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Callazin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have made no payments.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Callazin and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms.
